Colorado Charcuterie: Featured Post

Step 1: Stock Up!

Typically, I head to Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods for all my favorite charcuterie items. Your local grocery store will also do the job. You’ll need cheeses, meats, produce, crunch, dips, and garnish!

Shopping List

  • Cheese: Brie, Cheddar, Gouda (variety is key - creamy, sharp, mild)

  • Meats: Salami, Prosciutto (a few fan favorites)

  • Fresh Produce: Blood Oranges, Grapes, Raspberries (I grab whatever is in season!)

  • Crunch: Nuts (pecans/almonds) & Crackers (crisps)

  • Dips: Honey & Jam

  • Garnish: Mini Pumpkin, Rosemary, Honey Stick

Step 2: Grab Your Favorite Board & Add Your Cheese

Center your cheeseboard in an easily accessible place where guests can reach it from all angles. Now add your cheeses - a good mix of textures and flavors is key.

Step 3: Build Your Salami River

Don’t forget to add that honey and jam.
